In order to receive payments for your Chapter 31 benefits:
- Provide our office with a certificate of eligibility from the VA that states you are eligible for Chapter 31 benefits.

Provide our office with an Enrollment Certification Request Form for each term that you intend to use VA Education Benefits.

Your VR&E counselor must submit an invoice in Tungsten for the term. In addition to your tuition, this invoice may include your books and supplies, but this is determined by your VR&E counselor.

After this invoice is approved, contact Tod Darlington (tsd7@pitt.edu) in the bookstore and he will help you get your books/supplies set up.
